Lobby for true gourmets at WASHINGTON Concept House

Lobby for true gourmets at WASHINGTON Concept House - WASHINGTON Concept House

When the facade of the WASHINGTON Concept House shimmers in the sun like a precious stone, the question involuntarily arises - what will the house be inside? We would like to share with you the renderings of the interior and invite you to a virtual walk around our lobby.

In a gourmet house, everything should correspond to the tastes and needs of its inhabitants, therefore, the designers of the D'art studio selected every detail of the interior, taking into account the architectural concept and the nature of our residential complex. They combined several natural textures on the walls, filled the space with warm colors and added fresh notes with the help of indoor plants - trees and vertical landscaping, which will be located on the walls on both sides of the reception. We also know from the interior of NEW YORK Concept House that vertical gardening is a great way not only to maintain an optimal microclimate in the room, but also to purify the air, so we also chose "living" walls for WASHINGTON Concept House.

The lobby will be accentuated by the reception area. A gray volumetric wall with a stone relief will be branded with a backlit residential complex logo. The reception desk will contrast with other interior elements.

For guests of the residential complex, there is a separate lounge with a table and sofas. Here residents can wait for a taxi or meet with neighbors to discuss important issues. Also in the lobby there are soft armchairs and tables that the designers have skillfully combined with flowerpots. The wall in the lounge will be decorated with a geometric pattern. Previously, the designers opted for ceramic tiles from the studio of Ukrainian design, architecture and ceramics Sergey Makhno.

To illuminate the space, spotlights were used along the entire ceiling and a round chandelier in the lounge area. In the center of the lobby there will be a large decorative chandelier - a real art object that will be specially assembled according to the drawings of our designers. Every detail of the structure is made of double-sided MDF: one side will have a gray matte surface, the other side will have a wood surface. Between the parts there are lamps of different heights.
